Exchange Policy
We strive for perfection in every stitch. However, if you are not satisfied, we offer exchanges under the following conditions:
* Eligibility: You must notify us within 24 hours of delivery to claim an exchange.
* Valid Reasons:
* The product is damaged or has a manufacturing defect.
* The size received does not match the size ordered.
* General size exchange (if the fit is not right for you).
* Shipping Responsibility: For all exchanges, the customer is responsible for returning the item to us and bearing the cost of return shipping.
International Orders
For orders delivered outside of Pakistan, please reach out to our support team via WhatsApp at +92 301 1612345 within 7 days of delivery. We will work to provide the best possible resolution for you.

* International: 10 to 15 working days (varies by destination).
* ⁠Customise Stitching Order: 10-15 working days.
